I appreciate the trust you place in your patients’ continued health and well-being. My goal is to serve as a professional exercise partner for medically cleared individuals who would benefit from structured, supervised exercise after formal rehabilitation or as part of a long-term wellness plan.
The transition after discharge can be challenging. Many patients lose the strength, mobility, confidence, and independence they worked hard to regain. My role is to help them continue moving forward.

Does Tnatious Training provide physical therapy?
No. We provide personal training and exercise instruction within our professional scope of practice.
Will I receive updates?
Yes, with the client’s written authorization, I can provide progress updates regarding exercise participation and functional improvements.
Where do sessions take place?
At approved training facilities, in-home (if offered), or another agreed-upon location.
Is medical clearance required?
It may be requested based on the client’s medical history, condition, or physician recommendations.
