

My name is Todd Terry, and I founded Tnatious Training LLC with one purpose:
To bridge the gap between rehabilitation discharge and independent living.
With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Health, graduated Magna Cum Laude, and multiple nationally recognized fitness certifications, I combine evidence-informed exercise principles with individualized coaching to help people improve their quality of life safely and effectively.
I believe exercise is one of the most powerful forms of preventive healthcare available when it’s applied appropriately.
Every program I design is personalized to the individual—not copied from a template.
